The service
Tracking Radar is a web-based CRM for loan DSAs and agencies. We may improve or change features over time.
Plans and fees
- 10 seats: ₹6,499 per month plus a one-time setup fee of ₹1,499.
- 20 seats: ₹9,999 per month plus a one-time setup fee of ₹1,499.
- Enterprise: a custom plan agreed with us in writing.
- Every plan includes all features. A seat is one team member with a login.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful or misleading.
- Do not try to access another business's data or break the platform's security.
- Do not share logins between people.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you add, the roles you give them and the activity under your account. Keep login details private and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
Your data
You own the data you enter. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. You must have the right to enter customer data and to contact the people you add, including any consent needed for calls, WhatsApp messages and face verification of your staff.
Acceptable use
Availability
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Lender policies and lock-in terms shown in the platform are guides. Confirm them with the lender before relying on them.
Ending the service
You can stop using Tracking Radar at any time by writing to Admin@trackingradar.in. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Setup fees are not refundable once setup is complete.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction.
