Tracking Radar provides loan CRM software for DSAs and loan agencies in India. You can reach us at Admin@trackingradar.in.
Information we collect
- Demo requests and enquiries: your name, phone number, company name, plan interest and any message you send us.
- Account information: names, roles and contact details of the people your business adds to the platform.
- Business data you enter: leads, customer details, calls, follow-ups, documents, disbursals and commissions. You control this data.
- Attendance data: if your business uses attendance, a face template for verification at check-in and the location at check-in and check-out.
- Technical data: device and browser information, and notification settings, so the service works on your phone.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and set up your account.
- To provide, secure and support the service.
- To send reminders and alerts that your business has switched on.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Your business data
For the customer and lead data your business enters, your business decides why and how it is used. We process it only to provide the service to you. Access inside the platform is limited by role, and each business's data is kept separate from others.
Face and location data
Face verification and location checks are used only to confirm attendance for the business that enabled them. Your employer is responsible for informing its staff and obtaining any consent needed.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform, such as hosting, and where the law requires it. If you ask us to message a customer on WhatsApp, the message is sent through the messaging service used for that feature.
Security and retention
We use access controls, role-based permissions and regular security reviews to protect information. We keep information while your account is active and for as long as the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by writing to Admin@trackingradar.in. If your information was entered by a business using Tracking Radar, we may direct your request to that business.

We will update this page when the policy changes and show the new date at the top.
